Sam Carlson - Founder
Sam Carlson has over 15 years of experience as a talent acquisition leader. His extensive career has seen him work both agency-side and in-house, recruiting for diverse sectors, including tech, business, legal, marketing, healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, logistics, and cybersecurity. He is also the mastermind behind the STORMS recruiting process, a successful strategy embraced by hundreds of recruiters and applied to thousands of candidates.
At the heart of Sam's teaching approach lies his philosophy.
